Hi, I’m Claire

I built Future Proof because I’ve been exactly where you are.

I’ve spent my career in the messy middle as an EA, ops lead and now Head of Programme — the right-hand human between big strategy and real people, translating “great on paper” ideas into things that actually work. I’m the person people call when things are complex, political or slightly on fire, because I stay calm, care about humans and know how to move change forward without breaking everything.

When AI arrived, I felt what a lot of support pros feel now: late-night scrolling, “have I already missed the boat?”, and a nagging sense that no one was really talking to EAs, PAs and ops — only about them.

So I did what I always do: I started small, tested AI in my own workflows, worked out what was safe and genuinely useful, and found ways to explain it that didn’t make people panic. Future Proof is simply that work, but for you.

Who Future Proof is for

Future Proof is for the support pros who are:

The right-hand human — EA, PA, office manager, ops or “the one everyone relies on”, whatever your title says.

Calm – First, we strip out the noise. No doom, no hype. You’ll understand what AI actually is, what it isn’t, and what matters for your role.

Control – Then we build practical, safe workflows around the work you already do: meetings, inboxes, travel, documents, stakeholder comms. You stay in charge; AI does the boring bits.

Confidence – Finally, we focus on your voice and your future: how you talk about your AI work with your exec, your team and on your CV. We’ll position you as someone leading AI in your organisation, not scrambling to keep up – so you can see a clear path for your role, your progression and your options in the years ahead.
